Cane Corsos

A Cane Corso is an Italian Mastiff (cane meaning dog in Italian and Corso meaning guardian) that makes a great family pet. They are are extremely loyal and protective of their family. In the past, they were bred for hunting game and herding cattle. Click here to learn more about our foundation Corso.

Shiba Inus

Shiba Inus are the smallest of the Japanese breed which were bred to hunt small game.  Because of this, they have a very tenacious attitude and with a fearless outlook on life--one would say they have the disposition of a large dog because they are not afraid to back down from danger. They are independent and have sometimes been known to have cat-like characteristics (with a little bit more frill for the dramatic) which goes hand in hand with their sly fox-like appearance. Be cautious of their nature to be "escape artist" and sometimes run away but if you're willing to do the work, they make excellent company.  They are better for experienced dog owners. Click here to learn more about our foundation Shiba.
